Walk Down Lake Shore Drive
I took the day off of work today, and went for a long walk with Kobe down Lake Shore Dr. The weather was decent, it was like the clouds started to break once we began our walk.
I tried to take as many shots with Kobe, since everything around me just looked so pretty.
How beautiful is this shot with Kobe with the Willis Tower in the background. Love the pop of color with the trolley, too. :) Just a perfect day with my little man.

Lakeshore East
This past weekend was a bit chilly here in Chicago, but as usual, Kobe managed to get me off the couch & out for a nice stroll at the park.
I recently learned that a lot of people don't know about the park @ Lakeshore East downtown Chicago. It's a GORGEOUS park, fully equipped with fountains that are lit at night, tons of green space, a playground for children, beautiful views of the city, and a dog park that was voted #1 in the city of Chicago, according to Yelp.com.
Kobe LOVES this dog park, he yanks me on his leash everytime we come down to the park for a walk.
I love living in this area, there are many responsible dog owners/lovers, and Kobe's made some friends who he loves to play with.

Spring Has Finally Arrived!
And Kobe could not be happier! The weather in Chicago has been in the upper 60's and we're having a ball!
I took Kobe for his afternoon walk today, and he laid on the grass @ the dog park, basically sunbathing. It was so funny!

Playing in the Snow!
We're expecting about 3-6 inches of snow in Chicago this weekend, kind of a bummer, but we've had such a mild winter this year so far, so we can handle it :-)
Kobe loves playing in the snow! Here's a cute pic of him with his little booties! Everyone comments about his little booties when they see him. Super cute!
